We Can Help.

Habitat for Humanity Northern Utah helps families move out of housing that doesn’t meet their needs and into a home that is decent, safe, and affordable.

We will provide you with the coaching, education, and support to help you achieve your dream of home ownership.

Homeowner Criteria

I can afford a mortgage payment up to 30% of my gross monthly income

I have six months of steady, verifiable income.

I have one year of good rental history.

I have no non-medical collection debt.

It has been at least two years since the completion of a bankruptcy or foreclosure.

I do not have any unpaid judgements.

I can pass a criminal background and sex offender check.

I can pay a minimum of $1000.00 for closing costs at or before closing.
